How Much is Shipping?
Shipping is on us for all orders, no minimum purchase required. No need to worry about additional shipping fees; simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page.
How Long Does Shipment Take?
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner.
*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.
Please note: Mode&Essence is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact the carrier or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package.
Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Mode&Essence.
Mode&Essence reserves the right to change shipping carriers.

Easy! If you are not in love with the product that you have purchased, we will provide you with full store credit.
RETURNS POLICY
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- All returns will automatically be issued store credit (this will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size).
- Hygiene-risk products cannot be returned unless faulty
- Customers who have received an incorrect item or products with a manufacturing fault will receive a refund. (Please note that the we undertake strict quality control on every item prior dispatch and upon receiving return).
- Please take due care when trying on any products. (Items that are manually defected or do not comply with our returns policy will be declined and returned to the customer).
